Tutorial Program

The St John’s College Academic Tutorial Program is key to supporting your university studies. Tutors are drawn from residential postgraduate students, outstanding undergraduate students, members of University of Sydney staff or graduate students.

The Associate Dean, Academics oversees the Tutorial Program and monitors the academic progress of students throughout their years in College, providing them with guidance concerning their university course and career path. Under co-operative arrangements between St John’s and the other colleges, you may also be able to attend tutorials at other colleges.

Tutorial & Study Spaces

An important aspect of your academic life at College is the quality of your study space. Different zones around the College help you concentrate in a silent space, work with a friend or study in a group. Numerous tutorial rooms are available across the College and the Nagle Library provides you with excellent facilities in which to study.
