Caretaker:

Mr Danny Meehan helps to keep our grounds looking beautiful and our buildings in good repair. Please assist by picking up rubbish when you see it.

Please report all problems with the building and plant or maintenance of service areas via Reception. The Maintenance Request Form is designed for this purpose and is available from Reception.

Resident Assistants

The RAs are sophomore and senior students. They are appointed to provide basic pastoral care and supervision, to assist the senior staff and to support the House Committee.  They have an important leadership role to play in promoting good relations between staff and the student body. If students are anxious about approaching members of the senior staff, they can  see one of the RAs in the first instance.

The generic RA mobile number is 0411 961 746.

If ringing internally, simply dial 591 to reach an RA.

Ask the Appropriate Person!

We endeavour to prioritize work and apportion it fairly across the College staff, so it would be appreciated if students approach the appropriate staff directly with requests.

If students are having problems of any kind, or simply need advice, all staff are available to help. While their special areas of responsibility should be noted, all members of staff at St John's are sufficiently briefed as to be approachable, friendly and helpful at all times, about any matter of concern.
