St John’s College is delighted to announce the establishment of a non-residential student program from 2017.

Students within this program will enjoy our unique on-campus experience, benefiting from small-group tutorials and academic programs along with access to the Academic Centre and other communal spaces.

“This is an exciting new program for St John’s and we look forward to welcoming our first non-resident students in 2017”, said St John’s College Rector, Adrian Diethelm. “The Non-residential Program is perfect for students who choose to remain living at home or in share accommodation, but seek the advantage of being part of a leading collegiate experience while studying at the University of Sydney.”

As a non-residential member, students can join residents at breakfast, lunch and dinner along with attending Formal Dinner on Monday evenings and other special events.  During O’Week you non-resident students are able to move in to the College to enjoy the transition in to College community life.  Non-resident students also enjoy priority on the waiting list for residency vacancies which may occur during the year.

Non-residential program is still open for applications for 2017.
