academic
St
John's College provides the ideal study
environment. Academic assistance is provided by the Rector and Dean of
Students assisted by a team of resident and non-resident Academic
Tutors. No extra charge is made to students for this service.
The tutorial
programme is a comprehensive one
(over 50 subjects per week) that
assists students to achieve their best. St. John's is proud of the fact
that the majority of tutors are sourced from the current student body.
There is much to be said for the fact that the best coaching often
comes from a peer mentor who has recently studied and achieved high
marks in their subject area.
All
rooms in the College have access to the
Internet and a Computer Room is available for students that do not have
a computer.
This is
a safe and protective college in
which security and independence are finely balanced.
